Relaxation
Relaxation Massage, also known as Swedish Massage, is a deeply relaxing massage that uses a combination of long gliding stroke to increase circulation and reduces stress. This massage is always unique to the specific need of the client.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and leg muscle tightness. While some of the strokes may feel the same as those used in Swedish massage therapy, deep tissue massage is used to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on a specific problem, such as chronic muscle pain, injury rehabilitation, limited mobility, injury recovery and repetitive strain injury.

Cupping
Adding cupping therapy to a relaxation, deep tissue, or deep feet ashiatsu massage decompresses the soft tissue for a wide range of benefits. Cupping promotes circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid which assists the body in detoxification, boosting the immune system, loosening scar tissue, and much more. The specific technique used in each session is adjusted based on the goal of the individual client.
